Our client is a leading NZ infrastructure provider with an innovative and dynamic approach. Due to increased demand for services, our client is in need of a Connections Project Manager to manage a high volume of small to medium sized projects across the Auckland region.
This role offers you the chance to develop your PM skills on a high volume of small to medium scale projects . You will be working for an industry leader within a team of hard working Connections Project Managers.
These projects are to secure access to electrical services for residential customers across Auckland. You will be managing the customer relationship, and acting as the go-between for various customers and the construction and installation contractors. The projects will have values ranging from $2k up to$1m.
Our client has a strong focus on providing a positive workplace with work life balance for employees, and plenty of career development. The pay for this role will be in the range of $85-95k, depending on your experience.
You will be responsible for:
- Project Management of a high volume of installation projects
- Customer relationship management
- Project scheduling
- Providing clear and timely communications between customers and labour contractors
- Act a key point of contact for customers, and identify further products to add value to them
We are looking for:
- 4+ years’ experience in customer relationship management / project management
- Tertiary or other qualifications
- Energy industry experience not essential, but experience with some form of large corporate e.g. telecommunications or water is preferable
- High level of autonomy
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills
- Problem solving skills
- Highly organised
You must have demonstrable success in managing and delivering a high volume of projects simultaneously.
