Our client is a small but well-established construction contractor with over 50 years’ experience in the NZ marketplace. Due to their excellent project delivery and strong reputation for quality they have a huge forward workload and are in need of an additional Quantity Surveyor to join their tight knit Auckland team.
This role will see you working in a small team on projects ranging in size up to large scale multimillion dollar developments. Our client specialises in new builds for the residential (multi units and apartments), retail, health, commercial and education sectors. While the team is small, their projects are not, and this role will see you gain valuable experience on a range of Auckland projects.
We are looking for:
- 2-4 years’ experience as Quantity Surveyor
- New Zealand construction industry experience crucial
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Relevant tertiary degree and/or trades qualification
- A trades background is preferred
