One of New Zealand’s leading commercial interior fit out companies is in need of an Interiors QS to join their team in Auckland on new projects. With a growing forward workload they are increasing their team in the Auckland region.
This is a newly created position for an Intermediate QS. You will be involved in small to large scale fit out and refurb projects, sometimes in live environments with strict time frames for clients across commercial, retail, medical and education sectors.
We are looking for:
- 3-5 years’ experience as Quantity Surveyor (NZ experience a must!)
- Demonstrable experience working on commercial fit out projects
- Relevant tertiary degree
- A trades background is a plus
- Ability to confidently navigate around sites and communicate with the wider project team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
