About the role:
You will be responsible for managing tenancy construction or refurbishment projects in busy retail developments across New Zealand.
With a healthy forward workload, there is plenty to keep you busy and challenged. In other words, this role is ideal for an energetic and achievement oriented star.
As the primary liaison between clients, tenants and their contractors; you will be critical to ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget.
About the role:
Arrange all meetings to ensure the retail tenant’s fit-out is completed to the required the retail development standards and guidelines.
Review and co-ordinate working drawings, including shopfront and signage details to ensure all the project details meet specifications.
Provide regular reporting on the status of the tenancy programme.
About You:
- May have a background in project co-ordination or administration
- Possess sound construction and/or property knowledge
- Strong analytical skills and initiative
- Demonstrate excellent relationship management skills
- High level of oral and written communication skills
- Able to work autonomously or as part of a team
