Our client was established in 2004 and since then has developed a solid pipeline of dynamic projects in the civil sector, this base of projects has made them seek an experienced land surveyor to join their team of industry professionals.

Day to day tasks will include but are not limited to:

• All aspects of surveying including using GPS, Total Station and other surveying instruments/ equipment.
• Producing plans including topographical, cut / fill, as-builts and plans to support claims / variations.
• Assisting site personal with general site needs, including set outs, heights and survey control.
• Assisting quantity surveyors / estimators / management with estimating, variations and payment claims.
• Ensuring survey equipment is maintained, calibrated and kept in good working order.

The right candidate will have:

• A bachelor’s in surveying or an equal qualification.
• At least 2-4 years Surveying experience in New Zealand.
• Currently hold a valid NZ work visa.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on own accord or as part of a team.
