National commercial construction contractor with operations across New Zealand seeks a competent, Intermediate level QS to join their team on a major regional project in Christchurch, with further significant projects in the region to follow.

Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Measurements & Cost estimations
- Tender creation & submission
- Risk management and interim valuations.
- Progress claims & Invoicing
- Client & subcontractor liaison
- Close liaison with site/project leadership teams
This is the perfect opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor who is currently working in a smaller tier two or three main contractor environment and is looking to step up.
The successful candidate will be capable of tackling an autonomous and accountable intermediate level opportunity with a strong project focus. Their experience and capability will also see them play a leading role in attraction and management of further projects and clients in the region.
