Award Winning Fowler Homes Manawatu are looking for qualified building contractors to join our team of contractors so we can keep up with demand.

Our company is well known for our outstanding workmanship and passion for the industry.  You will be joining a go ahead business with happy clients and an excellent, hard-working, committed team.

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a trade qualification such as National Certificate - Carpentry
• Be a NZ Licensed Building Practitioner.  This is essential.
• Have an ability to manage building projects and staff.
• Lead by example and exhibit a great work ethic.
• Be a team player and have an ability to motivate others.
• Take pride in your work, your appearance and attention to detail.
• Be able to show initiative and common sense.
• Understand and be committed to Health and Safety best practice.
• Enjoy producing work to a high standard.
• Have your own tools and transport.  This is essential.
• Be flexible and be prepared to learn and help others to learn.

As a contractor you can run your own team, set up a team or join an existing team.
