Hot Leads are a Kiwi-owned company specialising in business-to-business lead generation. We are a team of professional sales and marketing consultants - all with backgrounds in sales and management. Our experience enables us to think on our feet and identify opportunities for our clients.

Based in Parnell, we're a fun loving supportive team who are looking for a proven sales star expert to join us.  You will be required to:

• lead a multi-faceted team to work on various campaigns.
• deal directly with customers via telephone, email, video and online interactions.
• meet and increase revenue targets for the company.
• take a leading role in the day-to day sales activities that your team conduct, as a senior sales team manager.
• lead the team by example in achieving goals, sharing knowledge and providing solid motivational and mentorship to all team members.
• provide in-depth sales and systems training to new and existing team members.

The successful candidate will have:

• strong IT capabilities - your role will involve use and administration, customisation and team training on VanillaSoft CRM, Zoho CRM, Skype and Cloud-based PABX solutions.
• a proven ability to sell and manage with 5-8 years sales experience including direct sales.
• a positive attitude with high levels of self-motivation to succeed.
• impeccable written and oral communication skills.
• the ability to build strong relationships and overcome objections.
• ability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week (Monday - Friday).
