Based in South Auckland, our client is a global organisation committed to proving full office supply solutions for their clients across all their business needs. They're a recognised name across more than 26 countries. On their behalf, we are looking for a high-energy individual who is a natural when it comes to Relationship building, Client Services and Sales over the phone. You will have the gift of the gab and a really upbeat communication style that your customers enjoy and welcome your calls.

You will be responsible for managing and growing the spend of your own customer portfolio.  You will maximise all Up-sell and Cross-sell opportunities, by identifying and understanding your customers buying habits, so that you can be most effective in providing them with a solution to suit their business.

With regular contact, you will build great customer relationships, so that you can introduce them to new categories where they are not purchasing already, with the ultimate gain of increasing their business purchasing.

This is an amazing role which you can manage and grow your own customers and although it is predominantly phone based, if you need to go and see a customer, then that is also welcomed.

What you need to bring:

  • Upbeat positive attitude.
  • Fantastic phone communication and relationship building skills
  • Previous Tele Sales or Internal Account Management Sales experience
  • Motivation and desire to Achieve. Someone who is not satisfied by average
  • Proactive working habits
  • Solution focused attitude to everything you do – where there's a will there's a way!
