Madison Recruitment is looking for temporary customer service representatives to provide stellar travel information and advice to the community. Via our client’s CBD located contact centre, you will enhance the travel experiences and safety of the general public through the information you provide.

In return, you will be working within a fantastic team of customer service providers in the middle of the capital. With ample training provided along with a competitive salary, you will be helping connect the regions while constantly upskilling and realising your potential. We’re looking for people who have:

  • A strong customer service focus
  • A good awareness and knowledge of Wellington’s public transport networks and locations
  • Have a good level of resilience – can adapt to change and not be fazed by last minute events or changes
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills with a keen eye for attention to detail
  • The ability to self-manage, as you’ll need to get up to speed quickly
  • A great sense of humour and a good team spirit

Please note:

  • This team operates between 6am - 10pm across 5 days per week
  • You must have a clear criminal history and be able to pass a Police and Ministry of Justice check
