Looking for variety in your next role - Customer Services and Warm Sales and the opportunity to earn upcapped commission?
The Probe Group (formerly Salmat) is seeking full time Customer focused agents to join our Vodafone Business Lifecycle Team.
You will be dealing with existing Vodafone Business customers at various stages of the lifecycle of their existing contract.
This includes Welcome Calls to new business customers and Health Checks to make sure customers are happy with their current offering.
You will also have the opportunity to earn great commission on warm leads when calling to offer upgrades to customers on new products and services, and retention sales for those customers coming to the end of their contract.
We are currently moving customers from copper to fibre and the commissions earned by agents making those calls is extremely lucrative.
What you need to know:
- Start date: 23rd July 2018
- Full Time/Fixed Term until March 2019 - potential for extension
- Operational Hours: 9am - 5pm - Mon to Fri, with potential for Saturday
- Hourly rate plus uncapped commission (Average Salary grossing $60k+)
- Ellerslie Location
