Crimestoppers is a not-for-profit organisation which works for the good of New Zealand by providing an anonymous phone line and website service for members of the public to speak up anonymously about crime. They been operating for nearly 10 years and have taken tens of thousands of calls about crime in New Zealand communities, businesses, and domestic situations. The value of the Crimestoppers service is that the calls are totally anonymous, allowing individuals to pass on information for use by Police or other enforcement agencies with no risk of identification or retribution.
 
Crimestoppers is now at a point of its growth that it is looking for a passionate and committed individual to lead it into the next exciting phase of its development; working with the Board and key customers and stakeholders, such as the Police, to implement new strategies to enhance its contribution to communities and organisations. You will have the proven experience of working closely with a Chairman and Board to develop, successfully implement, and monitor a Strategic Plan and Business Plans.
 
You will have the requisite skills and competence to manage administrative elements; ensue the value of Crimestoppers is well publicised and promoted to encourage the widest possible adoption of its services; ensure that all financial systems and procedures comply with Crimestoppers’ legal, contractual, and financial obligations; and effectively manage and utilise all capital and expenditure.
