Due to changes within out team, we now have an exciting opportunity for a Process Excellence Manager – Operations.
In this role, you will be managing a team of 5 to continue to bring process excellence & cost saving initiatives into business operations.
Some of your new responsibilities will be to:
- Identify efficiency gains in business processes using Continuous Improvement methodology
- Conduct pilots and provide analysis to enable improved operational efficiencies
- Manage the Process Improvement team
- Be able to embed new change initiatives and coach managers on how to embed effectively to ensure change is delivered
- Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across the business, to achieve end to end process improvement
You will have the following skills and attributes:
- A background in FMCG or Manufacturing
- Experienced in Project Management and Process Improvement
- Excellent Stakeholder Management & Change Management abilities
- Proven leadership & influencing skills
- Self Motivated, and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent knowledge of reporting
- Proficient in Lean/SixSigma techniques, Tableau, SAP, Word and Excel
