The successful applicants role will be to assist the Customer services manager with the day to day customers needs. This will involve the planning, directing and coordinating the operation of a small but fast growing ,diverse team that handles a range of auto glass tasks. This person will be responsible for the direct contact of customers, in person/phone/email, ordering parts, booking appointments for the completion of work in a timely manner.
Hours of work:
Mon-Friday 8am-5pm
Saturday 9am-1pm (rostered)
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
* To assist the Customer Services Manager.
* Answer phones and emails.
* Gather the required information to complete jobs.
* Order the required parts.
* Arrange appointments.
Novus Systems:
* Use the Novus online Portal to process and manage jobs efficently.
Communication:
Monitor, manage and improve the efficiency of both internal and external customer contact.
• Human Resources - Delegate tasks and accountabilities. Establish work schedules.
Experience:
• Industry relevant experience would be an asset but not essential.
