We're seeking a talented salesperson to win new business, manage customer base and projects, and build relationships for professional Engineering Document/Content Management and Product Lifecycle Management solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • New Business Development - target market segments, listen to needs, propose solutions, team with others in Matrix and/or software vendors. 
  • Existing Base Support - build customer relationships, sell business extensions, software upgrades, service level agreements and training. 
  • Project Management - implementations, manage technical team and customer expectations.
  • Travel - monthly or quarterly sales visits to Australia; meeting targeted customers and industry networks. 

Fees (flexible contract position, could be part-time)

Will consist of hourly fee+incentive+bonus with a fulltime total fee of $60k-$150k; depending on experience and sales results. 

Key Qualifications and Experience

  • Account Management, proven track record.
  • Sales success - targeted product and technical solutions in Australian market.
  • Project Management experience - complex IT solutions.
  • Excellent communication and people skills are essential. 
  • Engineering or Asset Management industry background useful. 
  • A University degree and other professional qualification preferred. 
  • Ideal for a personable, energetic self-starter who enjoys customer contact, challenges, learning and variety.
