Have you recently graduated from university and are looking to start as an account manager for a reputable brand? Or perhaps you have been working in a technical internal sales position but are looking for a role with progression?
The opportunity:
Driven by design and with a focus on continuous improvement, this business has expanded significantly and is the dominant player in a growing market. This position is an excellent chance to work for an employer of choice within the engineering industry.
Working alongside the NZ Manager will allow you to be involved directly with the key accounts, liaising with clients and contractors to build relationships. The business development has been successful and this is a great opportunity for a natural sales person to come on board and keep those accounts warm.
What the position will involve:
- Supporting the external sales team
- Working with both commercial and residential clients
- Liaising internally with manufacturing and design staff
- Problem solving and providing advice
- Keeping updated on technical specifications and product ranges
- Full training will be provided on their technical products
- Your day will be split between being out on the road maintaining relationships/visiting project sites, and in the office analysing sales and growth strategies.
Who are we looking for?
Ideally you will be a recent graduate with some experience within a sales team. First and foremost though, we are looking for someone with a natural sales ability and someone who can learn new products quickly.

- Strong motivation and the desire to work in a fast paced environment
