Territory Sales Representative

 

We like to think of our Territory Sales Representatives as ‘the face’ of our business, because that’s exactly what they are – our front line link to clients on their own territory. As an “Agrifert Territory Sales Representative” you will have an important role to play, presenting products, support and the innovative solutions to our Clients. Our Territory Sales Representatives challenge the status quo, sparking strategic decisions through innovative value propositions. They shape outcomes based on the latest information, understanding the unique role that our Clients hold as the backbone of New Zealand.

 

As an Agrifert Territory Sales Representative you will;

 

  • Be a people person who appreciates the value of relationships based on trust and respect.

 

  • Be driven by seeing increased levels of production and profit, and your clients will respect you for it!

 

  • Plan and implement a programme for creating new clients, assessing their requirements and advising them on the most appropriate products and services, thus achieving sales targets.

 

  • Utilise the available technology to give maximum benefit to clients.

 

•             Ensure that end users’ needs and expectations are met through the continuous development of abilities and knowledge.

 

•             Have experience working within the agricultural/soil fertility industry.

 

To be suitable for the position we would prefer;

 

  • Being from the agricultural/soil fertility industry with tertiary qualification will be an advantage but not a prerequisite.
  • Having a strong background in sales will be required.
  • Being well presented and punctual with strong organisational abilities is imperative.
  • Must be a person who can work unsupervised and is well adverse to accounting for their time by completing call sheets and work logs.
