Due to our continued growth, Ray White Takapuna are looking for a driven and motivated self-starter who has a passion for Real Estate to join the team as our Property Management BDM.
If you believe you possess advanced prospecting and closing skills and want to work with an existing database and leads then please read on....
To succeed in this role you'll have...
- Prospecting, negotiation and closing skills;
- Previous client relationship management experience;
- Exceptional customer service & communication skills;
- Experience working with CRM systems;
- Market knowledge;
- The ability to analyse and interpret numerical data;
- The ability to prioritise your time;
- High levels of professionalism; and
- A valid drivers licence and motor vehicle.

- Foster long term relationships with new and existing clients;
- Develop an existing property management data base;
- Enjoy working with others and relish the opportunity to be a team player operating within a tight knit company;
