A busy and challenging opportunity awaits you in this customer driven role, with a true focus on promoting customer satisfaction.
We are seeking an experienced, professional yet, down to earth and pro-active Customer Service Officer to join this fast paced, team that offers a supportive environment where you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of clients.

This is a temporary outbound sales position based in Takapuna
 
Key Responsibilities  

• Self-sourcing leads and securing new business opportunities
• Making cold calls and converting sales
• Preparing sales scripts and best practices
• Helping to establish and drive the sales culture
• Liaising with internal teams to create campaigns
• Ensuring high standards of professionalism and customer service, to create new leads

  
 Skills & Requirements 

• Previous IT technical background
• Confident personality and phone manner
• Previous success in a “Cold-Calling” role
• Ability to self-motivate and reach sales targets
• Friendly, helpful and team driven disposition
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Capability to work autonomously and within a small, goal driven team
• Experience with managing client expectations and customer service
• Ability to self-motivate, with a keen interest to learn
