POSITION - ACCOUNT MANAGER / BDM

What are the good things about this role?

  • VARIED ROLE - The role offers a mixture of working with clients on renewals (once you’ve gotten them on-board), while the other half of the role is finding out if the client could use better marketing solutions while also trying to leverage that client's relationships or customers to refer new business opportunities for yourself. You will be building relationships by selling a mix of both transactional products as well as solutions with a longer sales cycle which means you will get a good mix of quick commissions and big deals coming in.

  • FACE TO FACE SALES- This is a client facing sales role where you are selling face to face to a variety of professional companies such as legal, recruitment agencies, information / market research companies, IT businesses, banking and finance and trade service companies in the building and construction sectors. You will have the autonomy to run your role in your own fashion but always have the necessary support from management and support team staff who are at your service.

  • UNCAPPED COMMS STRUCTURE- The role has an outstanding, achievable commission structure that will enable you to achieve that $150K OTE.

CANDIDATE

To be considered you must have the following:

  • Our client is OPEN to any Sales experience in Account Management or Business Development in any of the following industries: IT / Tech, Information Providers, Software, Finance, Insurance, Recruitment, Advertising, Media. If you are passionate about or have interest in marketing, we’d also love to hear from you.

SALARY

Salary dependent on experience, Base is between $70k to $80k + Car Allowance + Uncapped Comms OTE $150K+.
