As the leading product daily deal site in New Zealand, 1-day.co.nz is part of Noel Leeming Group Ltd and is looking to expand its solutions by hiring a Commercial Business Manager. Please note this role can be based in Hamilton or Auckland.
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to grow business in virtually every product category, from branded items to design and manufacture of custom goods.
The Commercial Business Manager is responsible for developing a business plan that looks at alternative commercial opportunities (business to business). This role will work closely with the 1-day team members, Merchandising and the group commercial team.
What you will bring:
- Service and establish new business opportunities
- Develop new business plans and provide regular updates as required
- Actively seek account relationships with companies
- Responding to RFP’s and tenders in a timely manner
Who we are looking for:
- Head the efforts to grow existing business from business and commercial partners
- Work with other internal teams to ensure excellent client service levels and to monitor customer fulfilment standards and satisfaction
- Grow current client relationships
- Conduct client quarterly review meetings
- Generate and follow up on all leads
