Come and join the excellent team at Crofton Downs Mitre10 as our Trade business grows, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced  Account Manager/ Trade Rep that has a reputation for going that extra mile for their customers, someone to join our team with the drive to exceed targets and has the industry knowledge to back it up.

As an Account Manager your focus will be on:

• Maintaining outstanding relationships with our existing Account holders, as well as seeking out new opportunities.

• Be able to communicate and build strong relationships with a wide range of people

• Achievement of set targets by maximising  opportunities

• Meeting with existing and new customers on site to meet their needs

To be a successful applicate we are looking for someone that is:

• Enthusiastic , passionate and has a high level of drive and professionalism

• Highly capable of building rapport quickly with existing and new customers

• Has an understanding of the sales cycle and experience working to sales targets within a structured KPI driven environment

• Has sales acumen and the ability to identify and convert opportunities

• Excellent organisational and time management skills

• Excellent administrative skills

• Has a current Full New Zealand driver’s licence which is essential for this role.

• Be down to earth, but possess a professional demeanour able to relate to a diverse range of customers and colleagues.
