Trade Centre Account Manager

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for, but not limited to: 

• Seek out new building sites/new builders actively, making cold calls to establish new business
• Determine customer needs and respond to them
• Establish & maintain a regular call pattern
• Build long term loyalty through joint problem solving and providing after sales service
• Keep up to date with developments within the industry and local market
• Keep the Merchandise team up to date on any market opportunities
• Keep up to date with competitor's business and marketing operations

 What we need from you: 

• Experience in a similar Account Manager/Sales Rep role
• High-level of construction and building knowledge
• Strong focus on customer services and safety
• A high degree of commitment to customer service & safety
• The ability to build strong business relationships, both internally & externally
• High-level of communication ability, both verbally and written
• High degree of organisational and prioritising skills
• Strong negotiation skills
