For the last 20 years, CDL Insight Consulting has partnered with private and public sector organisations throughout New Zealand and Australia to drive business and people performance.  Through targeted consulting, in-house workshops and individualised coaching solutions, CDL assists companies to manage change and to grow employee resilience, to engage and develop key talent; to enhance leadership and people management skills; and to transition employees impacted by redundancy. 

We’re a passionate team and as an approved All of Government Provider our national public sector client base continues to grow. We are now seeking an accomplished Account Manager to join our team and to be part of our future. The successful applicant will have a passion for relationship building and a hunger for driving new business within existing accounts.

Reporting to our Country Manager, the Public Sector Account Manager will partner with HR Professionals and Line Managers, to identify opportunities, present solutions and close business that will directly address diverse people pressure points.   

The role will also involve close liaison with our subject matter experts who are based across New Zealand and deliver our in-house training workshops, face to face coaching programmes and blended developmental solutions.

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • A minimum 5 years’ experience in Account Management or Customer Relationship Management
  • Proven experience in the HR Consulting, Coaching, Training or Professional Services industries
  • An extensive professional network preferably across public sector NZ
  • A hunger for nurturing B-B relationships 
  • Demonstrated achievement of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • A confident and business focussed communicator
  • A team player who is motivated by success
  • The desire to work in a fast-paced consulting business where you will thrive in an autonomous role
