ABOUT THE ROLE:

Based in our SPARK Business Hub in Queenstown, you’ll be helping transform the way in which local businesses manage their ICT needs.

  • Taking control & ownership in the service support space to ensure SLA’s are met.
  • Looking after clients whilst identifying & acting upon upselling opportunities, & offering insight on new products & services that align to the client’s business priorities.
  • You will support the Business Development Managers & clients with invoicing, provisioning, stock staging & distribution.

ABOUT YOU:

To be considered for this role;

  • You’ll be an administration whizz.
  • You have the ability to clearly articulate with the clients, keeping them informed & up to date on issues they may be experiencing.
  • You’ll have a curiosity to learn more about economic climate & industry activity, understanding its implications on your clients business.
  • You’ll also be comfortable in upselling of our value added services.
  • Effective time management and prioritisation are key to success in this role.
