Are you an experienced business developer or account manager? Would you like to join a progressive and innovative NZ company who are leaders in their field?
Tax Management NZ (TMNZ) is looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to join their growing team. You will have a strong, customer-centric service ethic, and be required to research new prospects, reach out and build relationships with them. This is not a target-driven role where you will be required to make dozens of calls each day - we take a more focused, relationship building approach to business development. You will also be calling clients who have worked with TMNZ in the past with the aim of having them start using us again.
What you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent numeracy skills, including intermediate Excel knowledge.
- Integrity and reliability.
- The ability to work independently – self-starter and self-motivated.
- A team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Business development and/or account management experience in financial services or another related sector.
- Empathetic listener / team player
