This company is a family-owned business which has established its name within small-medium projects to large construction sites. With nearly 70 years’ experience in the industry, it operates across Australia and New Zealand with more than 150 branches.

Reporting to the National Business Development Manager, this role is responsible for identifying and securing new customers and achieving financial growth while improving the company’s market position. You will have to maintain the existing customer base, ensuring business profitability and growth. The role will also have to ensure seamless transactions with external and internal customers at all times by working closely with branches and collaborating with sales teams.

To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills and experience:

  • A positive and friendly attitude
  • Excellent customer service leadership, ability to resolve customer issues and engage effectively with other relevant stakeholders
  • Have a proven track record of sales achievement, able to identify business opportunities
  • Ability to display Health & Safety leadership at all times, promoting a safety culture within the business
  • A drive to achieve outstanding financial results and achieve KPIs
  • Sound experience in a similar role or in a customer service field
  • Experience in sales of technical products and services is preferred
  • Self-motivated, with strong interpersonal skills.
