We are looking for a Fastenings Sales Representative to visit our customers and maximise our sales ensuring that we are taking care of all their fastening needs.

Key responsibilities for this role are:

Maximise sales opportunities through effective use of call cycles
Provide technical support to both internal staff and external customers
Support our Account Managers with customers fastenings needs
Achievement of Branch targets by maximising sales opportunities
Develop multi-level and strategic based client relationships
New Business development and networking focus
Attend events to promote company products and services
Build Supplier relationships and understanding of products

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

Have an outstanding sales approach and experience
Be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
Previous building industry or technical fastenings knowledge
Treat customers and colleagues with respect
Take action to solve problems and follow through
Be an excellent communicator and listener
Prioritise and complete tasks using your organisational skills
A background in the building industry or similar is preferred
Computer skills and administrative competencies are also essential
A full licence is required
