The role:

As our business continues to grow, we are adding a Sales Support Manager to the team. A predominantly autonomous role, we are looking for someone who is ready to take the next step in their career.  The position might suite someone already in a sales position looking to take a step up in responsibility.

• Managing a team of 7 Sales suport team members
• Day to day management to ensure processes are followed and high customer service standards are upheld
• Hold weekly meetings with the team to understand workloads and the current market
• Communicate with the field sales team to ensure consistent account management for both internal and external staff
• Monitoring staff workloads to motivate them to hit targets
• Hold monthly KPI review meetings with staff members
• Prepare and present sector overviews for the senior management team
• Effectively manage office staff to develop key accounts whist delivery growth targets

To be successful in this role, you will have:
• At least 3 years managing Medium-Large office sales teams
• Office based customer service experience
• Experience working within key account management and inbound/outbound sales calling
• Performance management experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Computer literate
• Experience working within the catering/hospitality industry would be ideal
