What.
As a Consumer Advisory Consultant, you will:

• Answer inbound phone calls and emails from business customers and end consumers about the different products and ingredients
• Manage, input and accurately process customer orders
• Liaise with delivery drivers to gain an update on deliveries and delivery times
• Ad hoc admin when and as required

Who.
We need an experienced customer service advisor to jump on board and take ownership of the customer experience.

Other things we look for in you:

• Great written & verbal communication skills
• Excellent typing skills
• A keen eye for detail
• New Zealand Citizen or Resident
• Clear credit and criminal history
