The Company
My client is a Global Leader in their field, specialising in HCM Software for Mid to Enterprise Clients. They partner up with HR teams within Business & Government organisations to drive constant improvement in talent management, recruitment, leadership development, training and assessment.
The Opportunity
We are looking to hire an Account Manager with experience in selling to or working in HR or recruitment. You will manage a strong portfolio of accounts with a focus on retention and relationship management. You will continue to build upon already strong relationships, educating your clients on the benefits of the software and growing existing relationships. You will be comfortable both over the phone and face to face as you will be visiting clients frequently.
Your Role & Relevant Experience:
- Experience in HR, HCM or Recruitment
- Bring a results focused enthusiastic approach to your clients
- Strong relationship building skills with a focus on retention and growth
- Experience working with C-Level HR Professionals
- A Solutions centric approach
- Ability to build rapport & present over the phone and face to face
- Background in Talent Management or Organisation Psychology would be well regarded
- A passion for HR or organisation Psychology
- Tertiary Education
