This position will see you responsible for servicing our highly valued customers by delegating jobs to a busy team of technicians across NZ. A fast paced and ever changing role, we require a quick thinker with previous technical experience within the manufacturing or electronics industry.

Description
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical support to customers and technicians
- Scheduling and dispatch of technicians
- Report quoting
- Sales order processing
- Inventory setup
- Responding to customer enquiries and complaints
Profile
The successful candidate will have:
- 3 - 5 years experience in a technical support capacity, preferably within a manufacturing or electronic industry
- A loyal and long tenured work history
- Ability to communicate effectively and problem solve on the spot
- Ability to multi-task under pressured environments
