It's an exciting time to join the team at Custom Fleet.  As a leading global Fleet Management company, we provide a broad range of services including fleet management and leasing, with an ever increasing stable of innovative products to support our customers' fleet needs.  We are leveraging new technology, products and data to provide meaningful solutions to our customers.

About the role:

This is the perfect opportunity for a budding service superstar, looking to grow and develop into an account management role.

We’re looking for somebody to join our regional Wellington team (central city location). You will be the backbone of our team, delivering excellent customer service with administration support to allocated account managers and directly to clients as required.

  • Day to day activities include:
    • handling enquiries and finding solutions for customers and suppliers – by telephone and email
    • assisting with follow up of lease quotations
    • collaborating with internal teams to ensure process efficiency and consistent levels of service is delivered to our customers
  • Delivery of monthly client reporting within SLA timeframes and as per KPIs for accuracy
  • Ensure efficient processing and completion of all quotations, fleet reviews, modifications and lease renewals
  • Actively seek opportunities to ‘make our Business better’ through improved processes, system enhancements and new innovations (to include wider business projects)

About you

  • Be a customer service superstar! Someone who goes above and beyond the call of duty to ensure our customers are given 5 star treatment.
  • Analytical and enquiring mind with an appetite for detail
  • Have a keen interest and/or previous experience in a sales environment
  • You must love a challenge and enjoy problem solving
  • Proven ability to prioritise workload, work under pressure, within tight timeframes whilst maintaining good communication to stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
