The Role: You'll be mainly taking inbound calls, and every call will be different, this commands
a flexible mind-set.
A Technical background - of at least 1 year in the Electricity Industry with any exposure to Faults / Switching / & Accounts knowledge preferable.
You will be providing accurate information to customers along with empathetic support.
Your can-do attitude, ability to multi-task and think on your feet will go a long way to embracing ad-hoc inbound lines serving multiple clients.
This position will require flexibility over rotating hours, including weekends and after normal hours.
