The role
Reporting to the Country Manager, NZ and forming part of the sales leadership team, you will be responsible for the for managing the Foodstuffs (North & South Island) ensuring appropriate strategies are developed and implemented that will grow this market segment for the business in the New Zealand market.

Some of your responsibilities include:

  • Management of Foodstuffs (North & South Island)
  • Ensure development, approval and implementation of sustainable short, medium and long-term strategic sales plans.
  • Category reviews and development
  • Maintain quality relationships and communications with all key stakeholders, both internal and external

About you
To have a successful application, you will be degree qualified as well as having strong experience from within the retail, ideally with Foodstuffs. Needless to say, you will have excellent Account Management skills alongside solid leadership, strategic vision, planning, execution ability, commercially astute, be creative, and have the ability to strongly negotiate with businesses.
