An exciting opportunity in functional, high value-ad packaging based on Auckland's North Shore
THE ROLE:
Join an established, professional team who support the direct sales team's Nationwide and also support each other
You will either be an energetic, accurate and organised "young" worker looking for a challenging, engaging career
Or you are a manufacturing sales support professional capable of office-based account management of the entire customer experience and delivery process, with your own customer base, and you will be respected and empowered to manage many transactions completely
Your work will be challenging and varied, your team mates professional, competent and supportive
As a junior you will learn the processes, help with commuinications, processing and filing.
As a senior you will prepare quotes, send out samples, check artwork, stock, confirm delivery dates, complete all administration associated with orders, invoicing, tracking of the product and more!
You will form relationships with other staff in all areas of this positive and growing business
You will enjoy a varied role in a friendly, down to earth supportive team
THE IDEAL PERSON:
Junior - you are organised, computer savvy, accurate, energetic, able to multi-task, an active communicator and able to engage in a manufacturing process. mentally agile, proactive, customer-focused and able to learn quickly
Senior - You are a proven Sales Support or similar experienced person, ideally with experience in print and packaging or manufacturing and account management.
You are a detailed, accurate, calm, numerically savvy multitasker happy in a busy, energetic workplace :)
