What is the role?
As Customer Relations Manager, you will be responsible for taking ownership of a selection of clients, becoming the first point of contact to improve their difficulties. This will include regular meetings, identifying prospects to add value to their business and improve the current relationship and service. This will require a HIGH level of customer trustworthiness and fulfilment, whilst maintaining a long term relationship.
