We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Field Sales Manager to join our high performing Sales and Marketing team. This is your opportunity to actively develop new business opportunities and grow the value of our established customer base.

Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, you’ll lead and manage the North Island team of Territory Managers to execute promotions, pricing, ranging, placement and product display throughout the North Island. You will coach the team in the field around best practice sales execution including layouts, new line distribution, promotional activity and merchandising.

We are looking for an experienced and driven Field Sales Manager with clear FMCG experience who wants to make their mark leading a capable team to achieve significant growth and profitability targets. You’ll demonstrate strong business disciplines but equally you are flexible and able to meet the day to day demands of a nimble business environment.  You'll possess the intellect and acumen to develop a channel at a strategic level as well as operationally at the coal face with a strong understanding of field and store level execution. This is a busy role so you’ll need to be really on your game with exceptional organisational skills and planning.
