The Role
With SEEKs' focus on evolution to meet market needs, we have a differentiating and pivotal product roadmap to take to market. The role of the AE - Corporate is to manage  an assigned portfolio of corporate customers (approx. 500) across New Zealand to achieve a quarterly sales target.
Day to day you will:

  • Be responsible for your client’s product and service experience with SEEK resulting in revenue contribution and high customer satisfaction. 
  • Develop a loyal portfolio of corporate accounts through superior service execution,  product recommendations and assistance in getting the most out of SEEK’s full range of products for your customer set – leading to maximum revenue, adoption  and uptake of SEEK’s strategic products.
  • Continuously maintain a deep understanding of our product solutions to be the  subject matter expert for our corporate clients.
  • Work closely with the customer to identify their sourcing needs and provide feedback through to market success/product to develop solutions

Ideally you: 
  • Have demonstrated Sales/Account Management experience
  • Are a team player, encouraging, helpful and cooperative
  • Are commercially astute, ability to source leads, think outside the square
  • Have the ability to handle objections, listen and respond effectively
  • Have prior telephone sales/marketing experience
  • Have an understanding of Corporate NZ and the relevant sales cycle
  • Maintain a positive attitude; be self-motivated and resilient
