The role:

Are you the best in the business when it comes to sales execution, team leadership and delivering results for both your business and customers?

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager for Central and Southern, you will have three Territory Managers and two Sales Merchandisers reporting to you. You will be responsible for achieving area strategy and ensuring excellence in execution and customer satisfaction through the management and infield coaching of a talented sales team.

You will be working with both Marketing and Channel to ensure the channel strategy is understood and effectively applied by the field sales team, and that profit and share targets are achieved for your region.

You will be supported by an energetic team with diversity of experience including a Regional Sales Manager who understands the industry, will support you when needed and give you the space to truly own and grow this amazing territory.

About you:

To succeed in this role you'll need to have a sound background in field sales, preferably in the FMCG or hospitality industry, as well as strong line management experience.  The ability to build effective teams, develop direct reports and motivate others whilst delivering on results is key. 

Being a strong negotiator and driving results is key, as is proven experience developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
