Purpose

• Our purpose, and yours - if your application is successful, will be to work with clients to "Smooth the Road"
• Most Kiwis' financial road can be bumpy - when they "have a FoxPlan" their financial road is a lot smoother
• You will develop as a stand alone Financial Adviser/Financial Planner

Income

• If your application is successful (and it's not easy) you can expect $75K in year one and a 6 figure plus income in year 2 
• Grow an enduring passive income while learning and generating a good active income
• Potential equity opportunity after a qualifying period
• We can fund the successful candidate through the initial learning stage (earn while you learn)

Freedom

• You will be trained daily for the first 2 years and encouraged to grow and develop personally and professionally
• You will be supported by a mentor within our in-house mentor programme
