Role Description:

MyRepublic is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to continue our growth though our Channel Partners. These include Digital, Internal Sales teams and to Door to Door partners.

This role is an excellent fit for someone who wants to have an impact, change the status quo, and truly make a difference. Being versatile and able to work both digitally and more traditional channels to deliver the maximum performance, leveraging the unique characteristics of each channel.

You will be responsible for the growth of our existing channels and the development of new opportunities. Focused on continuing to grow our customer base through low touch high volume partnerships.

Working with the wider team to ensure the experience for our partners and therefore our customers is seamless and will be expected to bring fresh ideas and approaches to continue or momentum.

Plan, deliver and execute sales programmes that are innovative and meet our business objectives.

Profile:

  • Target driven
  • High level of organisation and time management
  • Analytical thinking and data driven
  • Ability to problem solve and trouble shoot
  • Ability to think creatively
  • Proven track record of achievement in Partner Channel sales with a focus on Digital an advantage
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills – especially Excel
  • The ideal candidate will be someone who has 3-4 year's previous experience in growing Partner Sales Channels 

Responsibilities will include:

  • Building successful relationships with new and existing partners
  • Leveraging these relationships to deliver growth while meeting CPA targets
  • Achieving and exceed all KPI’s including sales, financial and operations
  • Maximise revenue and margin by increasing the mix of MyRepublic value added services
  • Reporting on up to date performance to internal stakeholders
  • Monthly performance updates with Partners
  • Development of monitoring of effective commission and performance schemes
  • Identify innovative partnering opportunities to market fibre broadband and services
  • Create a sales culture that makes advocates of our Partners
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong business relationships
  • Develop and execute a business strategy delivering profitable growth
