  • Monday to Friday Rotating Roster - No Late Nights

About the role

  • Assigning tasks, Supervising calls and setting KPI's within the team and making sure the quality is maintained within the processes
  • Managing escalation calls to first call resolution; you will handle all Retention, Cancellations, delivery investigations including call's, reporting, internal stakeholder management and training for the team. 
  • Managing adherence, Call procedures, contract filings, co-ordinating with Supply Chain team and Purchasing manager, co-ordinating with debt recovery team for Dishonours, co-ordinating with Sales for Verification process.
  • Co-ordinating with our purchasing managers for dispatch related queries 
  • Co-ordinating with our Sales Managers with new sales incentives and or promotions,
  • Work with the Collections Team to ensure all debt collections processes are followed 
  • Hours - Monday to Friday rotating roster. No Late Nights, we close by 6.30pm 

About You

You will need to be knowledgeable regarding the CCCFA compliance as you will need to train and manage the team regarding this act, ensuring that all interactions with clients and staff are compliant.

We have a new team so we will require our Call Centre Team Leader to be very proficient with FinConnect, Simply Free and Cin 7 Software. You will need this know how to operate these systems as you will be in charge of training and upskilling the team.

You will need to hold a Graduate or higher level Diploma/Degree in Applied Business and/or Business Management. 

You will come from a Retail Finance and Call Centre  Background with a minimum of 1-2 years experience, as we will require you to have an understanding of how our business operates
