We are leading Automotive and Power products wholesaler who require a talented and enthusiastic internal sales person to sell our range of market leading brands.
The purpose of the Wellington Internal sales person is to assist in ensuring the smooth running of our Wellington call centre.
The position will encompass being an efficient customer support person on all YHI based products for automotive wheels and tyres, battery products, solar, entry level UPS products, and being the internal product specialist.
The position as based at YHI Wellington branch.
Key goals of the position:
- Ensure efficient customer and product range support.
- Answering any / all client calls technical or sales in an efficient manner.
- Accurately recording and reporting client requests for new products and out of stock product ranges.
- Develop a base knowledge of all YHI internal operating systems and products.
- Actively participate in company Kaizen and 5S programs for continuous improvement.
