Our client is a market-leading industrial supplier of stainless steel fasteners. Established over 50 years, the company is currently in a growth phase. The company has a strong value-based culture, which results in a high quality working environment for staff.
   
The company is seeking a dynamic and well organised sales person to take on the role of New Business Development Sales Representative for the Auckland region.
  
Role
Reporting to the Division Sales Manager, the role involves training in business to business (B2B) selling of a market leading brand, with established products into various industries. It is focused on account acquisition, new business development and also through increasing sales to existing clients.
   
It calls for a motivated individual who is keen to increase earnings, with the drive to find new customers, plus the relationship and rapport building talent to retain the loyalty and business of the existing clients.
  
Candidate
The ideal candidate will possess a great deal of enthusiasm and some sales experience in acquiring new customers.
   
Personal attributes vital for success in the role include:

Remuneration
An attractive salary package is on offer, comprising a base salary, a fully maintained company car, fuel card, very attractive commission, plus super, life assurance, a laptop and smart phone.
