Our client is in automotive aftermarket industry in New Zealand, it distributes parts and accessories to services customers ranging from compliance centres, car dealers, to workshops and engine/ transmission specialists with an aim to provide excellent service and emerge as a leader.
Purpose of the Role:
This role has been established to grow and manage new and existing portfolio of clients. You will be visiting site locations on daily basis to build new client base whilst ensuring strong relationship with clients are maintained
Responsibilities and Duties:
Proactively hunt prospective clients, schedule meetings with them
Meet prospects, pitch services and close the deal
Probe their pain points and understand their businesses better
Responds to a variety of customer requests.
Acts as a trusted advisor to each customer.
Database management
Develop and self-manage client call-cycle in the field.
Candidate Requirements
Our ideal candidate will possess many attributes, but of key significance will be a clear demonstration of their mature, target driven and customer focussed approach.
The ideal candidate will also possess the following
- 2 + years’ experience in B2B sales role. We are looking for absolute hunters!
- Should have proven sales record
- Must have a drive to succeed and emerge as a top sales representative
- Experience in automotive aftermarket industry will be preferred but not a must
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Be innovative, motivated, proactive, hardworking and tenacious!
- Candidates only with full time work rights eligibility in New Zealand
