Exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer experience.

 

Reporting to the National Sales Manager you will be responsible for providing our clients with any technical sales and support they need, ensuring a positive client experience whilst fostering a supportive team environment.

This role is based at our Auckland Head Office (parking space is available).  You will receive in-house training and remain in the office for a minimum of 6 months before heading into the field.  Your responsibility will be New Zealand as a whole and you will need to be flexible to travel and must hold a valid NZ drivers licence.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate at exhibitions and trade shows when required.
  • Providing a high level of sales support to customers and ensure all enquiries are responded to in a timely manner
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding incoming sales orders and repairs.
  • Provide sales information, user training and technical assistance to our valued customers.
  • Managing the demonstration instruments register.
  • Maintain and update your product knowledge as required for all equipment
  • Supporting our customers with product support including updates
  • Follow-up on existing sales quotes periodically and update database.
  • Customer visits as required.

 

The ideal candidate will possess

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated exceptional customer service skill
  • Possess well-developed written and verbal communications skills and a confident and professional telephone manner
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with customers, internal & external stakeholders
  • Ability to work both strategically and operationally as part of a team
  • Effective negotiation skills and ability to resolve issues
  • Maintaining records in a timely and accurate manner
  • Strong organisational skills, the capacity to successfully manage competing priorities,
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Sound problem solving and analytical skills
  • Technically minded, able to resolve software issues.
