The Company

The Role
You must have a passion and interest for vehicles, knowledge of new cars in the market and the latest market trends in the motor industry. Your hunger to win will pay dividends in this role. The role is a fantastic opportunity for you to build your fundamental sales skills in a fast paced, competitive sales environment. Previous experience in the retail sector is essential for this role. They will then help the right person fulfil their potential, with coaching and training.
Duties
- Build a rapport with customers and identify their requirements
- Deliver excellent customer satisfaction
- Make daily prospecting calls using our dealer database and systems
- Achieve and maintain a high level of new vehicle sales including add-on sales
- Represent the brand in accordance with Company requirements and Standards
- Actively maximise every sales opportunity for both repeat and new business
- Act with integrity when negotiating and completing a sales transaction
Skills
- Strong track record in sales, retail or customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills and demonstrated abilities to build key customer relationships.
- Resilient and focused on achieving deadlines through effective time management.
- Ability to work autonomously and be a proactive team member
- Valid Full Manual driver’s license.
