An immediate opportunity for an experienced Client Financial Manager to join a high performing team in a well paid role.

I am looking for talented Client Financial Manager/Senior Billing Specialist who is available to join this kiwi success story located in central Auckland. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well established organisation that looks after its people. You will be part of a team who manages the billing service delivery for the enterprise segment using different technologies. You’ll embrace new challenges and learning opportunities. You’ll be proactive and always look for ways to better shape the customer experience. You will need to be a polished and assertive individual who has previous experience in managing sensitive, high level corporate accounts, problem solving and meeting monthly reporting deliverables. This is a very fluid role with no two days being the same so you will happily thrive on the energy of this environment.

Key Responsibilities include

  • Billing service delivery for enterprise clients; build and maintain strong operational relationships with our clients, attend and contribute to client operational meetings for allocated accounts, and ensure outcomes meet client approval, ensure client delivery escalations are initiated and resolved to agreed timeframes
  • Support and assist manager to lead business change process by building a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Working across the business to achieve required outcomes and providing an outstanding customer experience. Strong stakeholder management throughout the business and with business partners/suppliers.
  • Streamlining and improving the way we use our technology and processes with a view to mitigate risk while keeping profitability in mind, input into projects and innovation.


Skills

  • Tertiary qualified in Management, Business or similar
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience as an analyst/reporting analyst
  • Outstanding stakeholder management
  • A strong grasp of customers’ contractual agreements.
  • Quick and accurate with excellent communication skills. Ability to reach win-win outcomes for both the business and our customers all while being mindful of our bottom line.
  • High level problem solving skills enabling you to define the problem, generate alternatives, evaluate and select the alternatives, and implement solutions that are repeatable.
  • Demonstrated experience of process improvement.
  • Technically savvy with the ability to work across various technologies.
  • Great team player who shows energy, drive and a commitment to achieve results, adapts well to change and strives for excellence.
