West City Auto Group represents Holden, Kia and Suzuki Brands in West Auckland and as an independent family owned business that is thriving, currently enjoying market share double the national average and more than 1/3 the national average for Holden.

The team at West City Auto Group is looking for an Assistant Business Manager to provide leadership and oversee the day to day activities of the dealership.

Reporting to the Business Manager, your duties will include the facilitation of finance contracts for our clients as well as the reconciliation of sales contract ensuring we comply with the requirements of our business partners both contractual and obligatory.

Our ideal applicant will possess people leadership skills and a track record of working effectively with a team to encourage a positive team environment. It goes without saying you will have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

In addition to your experience within a retail environment, knowledge and passion for the motor industry (particularly finance) is highly desirable for this role with proven strong administration skills along with the ability to build rapport with our client base.

This role provides a challenge and opportunity for someone to grow in the industry.

You will need to have a flexible approach to work hours including weekends as we are a seven days a week operation. You will be offered a competitive remuneration package and ongoing training and development.
